The flat is in a quiet residential part of Brixham on South Devon’s sunny coast,  It has sea glimpses opposite. Berry Head Country Park and Lighthouse are a few minutes walk away.   
The quaint fishing town shops of Brixham are only five minutes away or a slow twenty minute walk along the harbour sea-side. The Beach at Breakwater Beach is a blue flag beach
